Booking & Payment Terms

𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗕𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆 All projects and services must be reserved in advance. Where applicable, the Project Discovery or Strategic Alignment Session is conducted online and is included in the development process. 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐏𝐚𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐓𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐬 One-time projects require a 70% initial payment at booking. The remaining 30% is due before final delivery, publication, launch, transfer, or site handover. 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗱 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 Services designated as prepaid require 100% payment before scheduling or work begins. 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐥𝐲 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 Recurring services are billed 100% in advance for each service period. Late or missed payments pause service until the account is current. 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐏𝐚𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐬 Structured payment programs are fixed-scope projects paid in monthly installments, not subscriptions. The first payment is due at booking; later payments are due before each phase begins. Late payments pause development. Final delivery or handover occurs only after the full balance is paid. 𝗣𝗿𝗲-𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 For one-time or structured payment plan projects, payments may be refunded only if cancellation occurs before the applicable discovery/alignment session and before any project or preparatory work begins. Once a session, service, development phase, or project work has begun, payments related to that work are non-refundable. 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐫𝐝-𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐬 Platform fees, licenses, domains, subscriptions, and other third-party expenses incurred for the client are non-refundable. 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 Sessions are held by appointment. Where applicable, details are provided after reservation. Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 & 𝗡𝗼-𝗦𝗵𝗼𝘄𝘀 Missed sessions or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered fulfilled and will not be rescheduled.
