INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Personal, professional, project and technical information that may be processed.
SECTION INDEX
2.1 Personal Information
For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “Personal Information” means information relating to an identified or identifiable individual, as recognized under applicable privacy and data protection laws. Dominion Loom may collect and process Personal Information that is reasonably necessary to operate its website, respond to inquiries, evaluate potential projects, establish and manage client relationships, provide contracted services, process transactions, communicate with individuals, maintain appropriate business records, and comply with applicable legal obligations. The specific Personal Information processed will depend on the nature of the interaction, the services requested, the information voluntarily provided by the individual, and the technical or operational requirements of a particular project. Dominion Loom does not require individuals to provide Personal Information that is unrelated to the purpose of their inquiry, transaction, or professional relationship. Individuals are encouraged not to submit unnecessary personal or sensitive information.
2.2 Identification Information
Dominion Loom may collect limited identification information when reasonably necessary to identify an individual, establish a professional or contractual relationship, maintain business records, verify information associated with a transaction, or comply with applicable legal requirements. Depending on the circumstances, this information may include a name, professional name, business name, username, account identifier, or other information voluntarily provided for identification purposes. Dominion Loom does not routinely request government-issued identification documents through its general website inquiry process. If additional identification becomes reasonably necessary for a particular transaction, contractual requirement, security matter, or legal obligation, the individual will be informed of the purpose for which the information is requested.
2.3 Contact Information
Dominion Loom may collect contact information provided by individuals for inquiries, consultations, projects, transactions, support, collaborations, or other legitimate professional communications. Contact information may include an email address, telephone number, messaging-service contact information, social media or professional profile information, preferred communication method, and other contact details voluntarily provided by the individual. Contact information may be used to respond to inquiries, communicate about services or projects, provide administrative or transactional information, coordinate project activities, deliver requested information, and maintain the professional relationship. Contact information will not be used for optional marketing communications where consent or another lawful basis is required unless the applicable requirements have been satisfied.
2.4 Business & Professional Information
Monthly and recurring services require 100% payment in advance for each service period. Payment must be successfully received before work for the applicable service period begins. Each service period includes only the services, work, deliverables, or allocations expressly included in the selected monthly plan. Unless otherwise stated: . monthly services are not unlimited; . unused work, services, hours, or allocations do not roll over to future periods; . unused allocations have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for other services; . work exceeding the scope of the selected monthly plan will be quoted separately; and . failure to complete the required payment may result in suspension of services for that period. Payment for an applicable service period may be eligible for refund if cancellation occurs before any work for that period has begun, subject to the cancellation and refund provisions of these Terms and applicable law. Once work for a service period has begun, payment for that period is non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Where automatic recurring billing is enabled, billing will continue according to the agreed billing cycle until cancellation becomes effective. Where payment is made manually, Dominion Loom is not required to begin a new service period until payment has been received.
2.5 Project Information
Dominion Loom may collect and process information, materials, instructions, and communications necessary to evaluate, plan, develop, deliver, maintain, or support a professional project. Project Information may include project briefs, questionnaires, creative direction, preferences, requirements, objectives, timelines, requested functionality, website structure, brand materials, written content, images, graphics, logos, documents, references, SEO information, analytics information, technical specifications, feedback, approvals, revision requests, and other materials supplied or authorized by the client. Depending on the service, project materials may contain information relating to the client, the client’s business, personnel, collaborators, customers, audiences, or other third parties. Clients should provide only information they are authorized to disclose and that is reasonably necessary for the project. Project Information may be retained as reasonably necessary to complete the service, document approvals and decisions, provide agreed support, protect legitimate business interests, and comply with applicable contractual or legal requirements.
2.6 Account & Access Information
Certain projects may require a client to authorize Dominion Loom to access websites, domains, hosting environments, Wix accounts, analytics tools, search platforms, business systems, social platforms, or other third-party services necessary to perform the contracted work. Account and access information may include usernames, account identifiers, temporary credentials, invitation links, collaborator permissions, access tokens, administrative permissions, or other access information voluntarily supplied or authorized by the client. Wherever reasonably possible, Dominion Loom encourages clients to use platform-based collaborator access, delegated permissions, temporary credentials, or other methods that avoid sharing primary passwords. Access information will be used only for authorized project purposes and should not be interpreted as transferring ownership or control of the client’s account to Dominion Loom. Clients remain responsible for managing their accounts and should revoke unnecessary access or change shared credentials when access is no longer required.
2.7 Billing & Transaction Information
Dominion Loom may process billing and transaction information in connection with purchases, deposits, installment payments, project balances, consultations, refunds, or other financial transactions. This information may include the client’s name, billing contact information, transaction amount, currency, payment status, payment date, transaction or reference number, purchased service, invoice information, and records necessary for accounting, contractual, tax, dispute-resolution, or administrative purposes. Payments may be processed through independent banks, payment processors, financial institutions, or other third-party payment services. Where payment information is entered directly into a third-party payment system, Dominion Loom may receive transaction confirmation or limited payment-related information without receiving or storing the complete payment credentials used by the individual. The processing of financial information directly by a third-party provider is also subject to that provider’s applicable privacy and security practices.
2.8 Communications
Dominion Loom may retain communications exchanged in connection with inquiries, consultations, projects, transactions, collaborations, support requests, or other professional interactions. Communications may include emails, website form submissions, written messages, project discussions, instructions, questions, feedback, approvals, revision requests, confirmations, support correspondence, and other records of professional communications. These records may be used to respond to the individual, understand requests, document project decisions and authorizations, maintain continuity in the professional relationship, resolve questions or disputes, protect legitimate interests, and comply with contractual or legal obligations. Individuals should avoid including unnecessary sensitive or confidential Personal Information in routine communications.
2.9 Technical & Website Information
When an individual visits or interacts with the Dominion Loom website, certain technical information may be collected automatically by the website platform, hosting infrastructure, security technologies, analytics services, cookies, or similar technologies. Depending on the technologies in use, this information may include IP address, approximate geographic location derived from technical data, browser type, device type, operating system, language settings, referring pages, pages visited, navigation activity, session information, timestamps, interaction data, and technical or diagnostic information. This information may be processed to operate and secure the website, identify technical problems, understand website performance and usage, improve navigation and user experience, prevent abuse or unauthorized activity, and support analytics and search-performance evaluation. Technical information may be collected or processed by third-party technology providers acting under their own terms, privacy policies, or applicable data-processing arrangements. Additional information regarding cookies and similar technologies is provided in Section 07 — Cookies & Website Technologies.
03
SENSITIVE & THIRD-PARTY DATA
Special categories of information and information relating to other individuals.
SECTION INDEX
3.1 Sensitive Personal Information
Dominion Loom does not ordinarily request or require Sensitive Personal Information in order to provide its Website Design, Brand Identity, SEO Engineering, or related digital services. Sensitive Personal Information may include information concerning an individual’s racial or ethnic origin, health, genetic information, religious or philosophical beliefs, political opinions, sexual life or orientation, or other information classified as sensitive under applicable privacy and data protection laws. Because Dominion Loom works with professionals and businesses within the adult industry, certain project materials, website content, professional profiles, communications, or publicly available information may reveal or imply information that could be considered sensitive depending on the individual, context, and applicable law. The presence of such information within a client’s professional materials does not mean that Dominion Loom requires it as a general condition of providing services. Clients and other individuals should avoid providing Sensitive Personal Information unless it is reasonably necessary for the specific project or interaction. Where Sensitive Personal Information is intentionally provided and its processing is necessary for a legitimate project purpose, Dominion Loom will process it only to the extent reasonably necessary for that purpose and in accordance with applicable legal requirements, including obtaining consent where required. Dominion Loom does not sell Sensitive Personal Information or intentionally use it to create unrelated profiles, make automated decisions about individuals, or conduct unrelated marketing activities. If Sensitive Personal Information is submitted unnecessarily or without authorization, Dominion Loom may decline to use it and may delete, restrict, return, or otherwise appropriately handle the information where reasonably possible and legally permitted.
3.2 Third-Party Information
Clients, prospective clients, collaborators, and other individuals may occasionally provide Dominion Loom with Personal Information relating to another person in connection with a project, inquiry, collaboration, or professional service. Third-Party Information may include names, professional or business contact information, photographs, biographies, testimonials, staff or collaborator information, customer-facing content, account information, project materials, website content, or other information relating to individuals other than the person directly engaging Dominion Loom. Any person providing Third-Party Information to Dominion Loom is responsible for ensuring that they have the appropriate authority, permission, consent, or other lawful basis to provide and authorize the processing of that information for the intended project or service. Clients should not provide Personal Information about third parties that is unnecessary for the project, nor should they provide Sensitive Personal Information about another individual unless its use is legitimately required and they are legally authorized to provide it. Dominion Loom may rely on the client’s representation that materials and information supplied for a project have been lawfully obtained and may be used for the purposes for which they were provided, unless Dominion Loom has reason to believe otherwise. Third-Party Information received as part of a project will be processed only as reasonably necessary to perform the requested services, manage the professional relationship, comply with applicable obligations, or protect legitimate legal and business interests. If an individual believes that their Personal Information has been provided to Dominion Loom by another person without appropriate authorization, they may contact Dominion Loom using the information provided in Section 12 — Policy Administration. Any such request will be reviewed in accordance with applicable privacy law and the circumstances of the request.

HOW INFORMATION IS COLLECTED
Sources through which personal information may reach Dominion Loom.
SECTION INDEX
4.1 Information You Provide
Dominion Loom primarily collects Personal Information directly from individuals when they voluntarily provide it in connection with an inquiry, consultation, purchase, project, professional relationship, or other interaction. Information may be provided when an individual completes a website form, requests information about services, submits a project inquiry, books a consultation, purchases a service, makes a payment, responds to a questionnaire, provides project materials, requests support, or otherwise communicates with Dominion Loom. Personal Information may also be provided through email, messaging services, video or written consultations, project-management communications, payment-related interactions, or other communication channels authorized or made available by Dominion Loom. During the course of a project, clients may provide additional information, files, content, instructions, feedback, approvals, credentials, platform access, or other materials reasonably necessary to perform the contracted services. Individuals are responsible for ensuring that information they provide is accurate to the best of their knowledge and that they are authorized to provide any information or materials relating to third parties. Dominion Loom requests that individuals provide only information reasonably relevant to the purpose of their interaction and avoid submitting unnecessary Sensitive Personal Information.
4.2 Website Data
Certain information may be collected automatically when an individual accesses, browses, or interacts with the Dominion Loom website. This information may be generated through the website platform, hosting infrastructure, cookies, analytics technologies, security systems, server logs, or similar technologies used to operate, protect, understand, and improve the website. Depending on the technology in use and the individual’s device or browser settings, automatically collected information may include IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, approximate location derived from technical information, referring source, pages visited, navigation patterns, timestamps, session information, interactions with website elements, and diagnostic or performance data. Dominion Loom may use this information to maintain website functionality, identify technical issues, protect the website against misuse or unauthorized activity, understand how visitors interact with the website, evaluate performance, and improve navigation, content, search visibility, and user experience. Some automatically collected information may be processed by technology providers supporting the operation of the website rather than directly by Dominion Loom. Additional information concerning cookies, analytics, tracking technologies, and available preferences is provided in Section 07 — Cookies & Website Technologies.
4.3 Service Providers
Dominion Loom may receive limited Personal Information from third-party service providers used to support its website, communications, transactions, project administration, analytics, security, or other legitimate business operations. Depending on the service involved, these providers may include website and hosting platforms, payment processors, financial institutions, scheduling or booking services, email providers, analytics services, security tools, domain or hosting providers, and other technology or professional service providers. Information received from such providers may include transaction confirmations, payment status, contact information, booking information, account identifiers, technical information, website analytics, security notifications, or other information reasonably necessary to administer the relevant service or professional relationship. Dominion Loom does not require third-party providers to disclose more Personal Information than is reasonably necessary for the applicable business purpose and does not treat access to a third-party service as authorization to use information for unrelated purposes. Third-party service providers may independently process Personal Information under their own privacy policies, contractual obligations, and applicable laws. Where appropriate, individuals should review the privacy practices of the relevant provider.
4.4 Client-Authorized Platforms
In order to perform certain contracted services, a client may authorize Dominion Loom to access or interact with third-party platforms, accounts, websites, systems, or digital properties under the client’s control. These may include website platforms, domain services, hosting accounts, analytics tools, search and webmaster platforms, business profiles, social platforms, content-management systems, or other digital services relevant to the contracted project. Through such authorized access, Dominion Loom may encounter Personal Information, account information, analytics data, website content, communications, technical information, or other data contained within or made available through the relevant platform. Dominion Loom will access and use such information only to the extent reasonably necessary to perform the services authorized by the client, troubleshoot project-related issues, implement approved changes, or fulfill related contractual obligations. Client authorization to access a platform does not transfer ownership of the account or its information to Dominion Loom and does not authorize Dominion Loom to use information obtained through that access for unrelated purposes. Clients remain responsible for determining the level of access granted and, where available, are encouraged to use collaborator roles, delegated permissions, temporary credentials, or other restricted-access mechanisms rather than providing unrestricted primary account credentials. Access should be revoked or adjusted when it is no longer reasonably necessary for the project or professional relationship.
4.5 Public Sources
Dominion Loom may obtain information from publicly accessible sources when reasonably relevant to an inquiry, prospective project, contracted service, professional research, brand evaluation, Website Design, Brand Identity, SEO Engineering, or other legitimate business purpose. Public sources may include publicly accessible websites, search engines, business listings, professional directories, social media profiles, published articles, portfolio materials, public reviews, search results, publicly available business records, and other information intentionally made available to the general public. Depending on the project, publicly available information may be reviewed to understand an existing digital presence, evaluate brand positioning, conduct competitor or market research, identify technical or search-related opportunities, verify publicly presented professional information, or develop recommendations relevant to the requested services. The fact that information is publicly accessible does not automatically mean that Dominion Loom will collect, retain, reproduce, or use it without limitation. Publicly available information will be processed only where reasonably relevant to a legitimate professional purpose and in accordance with applicable law. Dominion Loom does not intentionally use publicly available Personal Information to create unrelated personal profiles, conduct intrusive monitoring, or obtain Sensitive Personal Information that is unnecessary for the relevant service. Where publicly sourced information becomes part of a client project or business record, its subsequent use and retention will remain subject to this Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements.

Personal Information processed for these primary purposes is considered necessary or reasonably related to the relevant inquiry, transaction, project, service, or professional relationship. Where certain information is necessary to perform a requested service, failure to provide that information may prevent Dominion Loom from evaluating, commencing, continuing, or completing the applicable service. Dominion Loom will not intentionally use Personal Information collected for these primary purposes for materially unrelated purposes without an appropriate legal basis, authorization, or consent where required by applicable law.
5.2 Optional Purposes
In addition to the primary purposes described above, Dominion Loom may process certain Personal Information for secondary or optional purposes that are not strictly necessary to establish or perform a professional relationship. Subject to applicable law and, where required, the individual’s consent or authorization, these purposes may include: . sending newsletters, announcements, service updates, promotional communications, or information about Dominion Loom; . communicating information about new services, offers, availability, projects, or other business developments; . conducting voluntary surveys, requesting feedback, or evaluating client experience; . requesting or publishing testimonials, reviews, recommendations, or other client feedback with appropriate authorization; . developing and publishing portfolio features or case studies relating to completed work where the necessary authorization has been obtained; . displaying a client’s professional or business name, brand, website, project imagery, approved testimonial, or other authorized project information for portfolio or promotional purposes; . sharing completed work through Dominion Loom’s website, portfolio, professional profiles, social channels, presentations, or promotional materials where permitted; . analyzing general business trends, service interest, website engagement, or audience interaction to improve Dominion Loom’s positioning and communications; and . carrying out other optional promotional, research, or business-development activities for which appropriate notice or authorization is provided. Participation in these optional activities is not a condition of purchasing or receiving Dominion Loom’s core professional services unless a particular use has been expressly agreed as part of the applicable project. Where consent is required, individuals may decline or subsequently withdraw consent for an optional purpose without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal and without affecting services that do not depend upon that optional processing. A request to stop an optional use of Personal Information will not necessarily require Dominion Loom to delete information that must continue to be retained or processed for contractual, administrative, accounting, security, dispute-resolution, or legal purposes. Additional information regarding marketing preferences and opting out of promotional communications is provided in Section 06 — Marketing & Communications. Information regarding privacy rights, withdrawal of consent, and limitations on the use or disclosure of Personal Information is provided in Sections 10 and 11.
06
MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS
Optional marketing and communications relating to existing business relationships.
SECTION INDEX
6.1 Marketing Communications
Dominion Loom may use contact information to send marketing or promotional communications where permitted by applicable law and, where required, with the individual’s prior consent or authorization. Marketing Communications may include information concerning Dominion Loom services, new service offerings, availability, announcements, selected work, business updates, promotional opportunities, educational or editorial content, and other communications reasonably related to Dominion Loom and its professional services. These communications may be delivered through email or other communication channels that an individual has voluntarily provided or expressly authorized for this purpose. Dominion Loom may also communicate with existing or former clients regarding services that are reasonably related to a previous professional relationship where such communication is permitted by applicable law. Individuals remain entitled to request that optional promotional communications cease. Marketing Communications are distinct from transactional, administrative, contractual, project-related, security, or service communications. Dominion Loom may therefore continue to send communications reasonably necessary to respond to an inquiry, administer an active project, process a transaction, provide requested services, address account or security matters, fulfill contractual obligations, or comply with applicable law even when an individual has opted out of marketing communications. Dominion Loom does not sell Personal Information to third parties for their independent marketing purposes. Dominion Loom does not intentionally use Personal Information obtained through a client project, client-authorized account, or confidential project materials to market unrelated products or services to individuals whose information may appear within those materials. Where third-party communication platforms or service providers are used to deliver authorized communications, limited Personal Information may be processed by those providers as necessary to transmit, manage, or administer the communication, subject to applicable privacy and data-protection requirements.
6.2 Opting Out
Individuals may request at any time that Dominion Loom stop using their Personal Information for optional marketing or promotional communications. Where an unsubscribe mechanism is included in a marketing communication, individuals may use that mechanism to indicate their preference. Individuals may also request removal from marketing communications by contacting Dominion Loom at dominionloom@gmail.com. An opt-out request should identify the email address or other contact information associated with the communications so that Dominion Loom can reasonably identify and update the relevant preference. Dominion Loom will take reasonable steps to honor valid opt-out requests within the period required by applicable law. Limited information may be retained where reasonably necessary to record and respect the individual’s preference and help prevent future marketing communications from being sent inadvertently. Opting out of marketing communications does not automatically terminate an existing client relationship, cancel a contracted service, withdraw consent for unrelated processing, or require deletion of information that Dominion Loom is permitted or required to retain for another legitimate purpose. An individual who has opted out of marketing may therefore continue to receive non-promotional communications when reasonably necessary in connection with an inquiry, consultation, transaction, active or previous project, payment, service delivery, security matter, legal obligation, or other legitimate professional relationship. If an individual later wishes to receive marketing communications again, they may provide a new authorization or otherwise subscribe through a method made available by Dominion Loom. Requests concerning broader limitations on the use or disclosure of Personal Information, withdrawal of consent, or other privacy rights are addressed separately in Sections 10 and 11 of this Privacy Policy.

Dominion Loom may use analytics technologies and technical logs to understand how the website is accessed and used, evaluate its performance, identify technical issues, and make informed improvements to its structure, content, search visibility, and user experience. Analytics information may include aggregated or individual technical events relating to page views, navigation paths, referring sources, approximate geographic regions, device and browser categories, session duration, interactions with website elements, traffic patterns, website performance, and other usage information generated through interaction with the website. Server, platform, security, or diagnostic logs may also record information such as IP addresses, timestamps, requested resources, browser or device information, errors, connection activity, and other technical events necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, or maintain the website. Dominion Loom does not rely on general website analytics for the purpose of making decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning individual visitors. Certain analytics, hosting, security, or website-platform providers may independently collect or process technical information when their technologies are used. Such processing may be subject to the relevant provider’s privacy practices and applicable data-protection arrangements. Technical and analytics information will not be intentionally retained longer than reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it is processed, subject to legitimate security, operational, contractual, or legal requirements.
7.3 Cookie Preferences
Visitors may have choices regarding the use of certain cookies and similar technologies, depending on the technologies implemented on the Dominion Loom website, the visitor’s location, applicable law, and the functionality provided by the website platform or browser. Where a cookie consent or preference mechanism is made available, visitors may use it to accept, reject, or manage categories of non-essential technologies according to the options presented. Certain cookies or technologies that are reasonably necessary for website operation, security, fraud prevention, network management, session functionality, or other essential technical purposes may not be subject to the same preference controls as optional technologies where permitted by applicable law. Visitors may also be able to manage cookies through their browser or device settings. Depending on the browser or device, available controls may allow individuals to block cookies, delete previously stored cookies, restrict certain tracking technologies, or receive notifications when cookies are being used. Blocking or disabling certain technologies may affect website functionality, preferences, performance, or the availability of particular features. Changing cookie preferences generally applies prospectively. Technologies or information processed before a preference was changed may remain subject to applicable retention requirements or other lawful processing grounds. Cookie preferences do not necessarily control information processed independently by third-party websites or services that a visitor chooses to access through external links. Those services maintain their own privacy and technology practices. Certain providers may process Personal Information under contractual arrangements or other applicable data-protection obligations. Other providers may independently determine aspects of their processing and maintain their own privacy policies, terms, security practices, and legal responsibilities. The use of a third-party provider does not constitute a sale of Personal Information by Dominion Loom. 8.2 Payment Processors
Payments for Dominion Loom services may be processed through independent banks, financial institutions, payment processors, payment platforms, or other third-party financial service providers. Payment processors and financial institutions may process Personal Information independently for purposes such as payment authorization, transaction processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, dispute management, chargebacks, security, and financial recordkeeping. A client may instruct or authorize Dominion Loom to access, use, configure, connect, or provide information to third-party platforms as part of a contracted project. Such platforms may include website builders, content-management systems, hosting services, domain providers, analytics platforms, search tools, business platforms, social networks, scheduling systems, email services, or other digital services selected or authorized by the client. Where Personal Information must be entered, uploaded, transferred, accessed, or otherwise processed through a client-authorized platform to perform the requested service, Dominion Loom will limit such activity to what is reasonably necessary for the applicable project. Client authorization to use a platform does not make Dominion Loom responsible for all independent processing activities performed by that platform. Third-party platforms may collect, store, analyze, transfer, or otherwise process information according to their own privacy policies, terms, infrastructure, security practices, and legal obligations. Clients are responsible for ensuring that platforms they select or instruct Dominion Loom to use are appropriate for their intended purposes and that they have the necessary authority to provide any Personal Information placed within those platforms. Where reasonably practicable, Dominion Loom may inform a client when a requested project activity requires the use of a third-party platform that will receive or process Personal Information.
8.4 Legal Disclosures
Dominion Loom may disclose Personal Information when reasonably necessary to comply with an applicable legal obligation, valid governmental or regulatory requirement, judicial process, enforceable request, or other circumstance in which disclosure is required or permitted by law. Personal Information may also be disclosed where reasonably necessary to: . respond to a valid court order, subpoena, or other legally enforceable process; . comply with applicable regulatory, tax, accounting, or reporting obligations; . establish, exercise, or defend legal or contractual rights; . investigate or respond to suspected fraud, abuse, unauthorized activity, security incidents, or unlawful conduct; . protect the rights, property, security, or legitimate interests of Dominion Loom, its clients, website visitors, service providers, or other individuals; . enforce applicable agreements, payment obligations, policies, or Terms & Conditions; or . respond to an emergency where disclosure is legally permitted and reasonably necessary to protect an individual from serious harm. Dominion Loom will not voluntarily disclose more Personal Information than it reasonably believes is necessary for the applicable legal or protective purpose. Where legally permitted and reasonably practicable, Dominion Loom may evaluate a request before disclosure and may seek clarification, limitation, or appropriate legal guidance where the scope or validity of a request is uncertain. Nothing in this section is intended to create an obligation to disclose Personal Information where disclosure is not required or otherwise legally justified.
8.5 International Processing & Transfers
Dominion Loom is operated from Mexico and provides professional services to clients internationally. As a result, Personal Information may be processed, accessed, stored, hosted, or transferred in countries other than the country in which the individual is located. International processing may occur when Dominion Loom works with an international client, uses a technology or service provider with infrastructure in another country, accesses a client-authorized platform, processes an international transaction, communicates across jurisdictions, or otherwise uses services necessary to operate its business or perform contracted work. Privacy and data-protection laws may differ between jurisdictions, and a country in which information is processed may provide legal protections that differ from those available in the individual’s country of residence. Where applicable law requires particular conditions, notices, contractual protections, consent, or other safeguards for an international transfer of Personal Information, Dominion Loom will take reasonable measures to comply with those requirements. International processing does not authorize Dominion Loom or a service provider acting on its behalf to use Personal Information for purposes unrelated to those for which the information was legitimately obtained. Where Personal Information is transferred to a third party acting independently, that party may be responsible for its subsequent processing in accordance with its own privacy obligations and applicable law. Individuals who have questions regarding the international processing of their Personal Information may contact Dominion Loom using the information provided in Section 12 — Policy Administration.

DATA SECURITY & RETENTION
How personal information is protected and how long it may be retained.
SECTION INDEX
9.1 Security Measures
Dominion Loom takes reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect Personal Information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, misuse, destruction, or other unauthorized processing. The nature and level of protection applied may vary depending on the type of Personal Information involved, the sensitivity of the information, the manner in which it is processed, the technologies and platforms used, and the nature of the applicable project or professional relationship. Security measures may include, where appropriate: . limiting access to Personal Information to individuals, accounts, systems, or service providers that reasonably require access; . using password protection, authentication mechanisms, access permissions, and other account-security controls; . using reputable website, hosting, communication, payment, storage, and technology providers; . maintaining appropriate access controls for client-authorized platforms; . avoiding unnecessary collection or duplication of Personal Information; . limiting the amount of Personal Information shared with service providers where reasonably practicable; . reviewing or removing access when it is no longer required; . maintaining appropriate website and platform security settings; . responding to suspected unauthorized access, misuse, or security incidents; and . deleting, restricting, anonymizing, or otherwise appropriately handling Personal Information when continued retention is no longer reasonably necessary. Dominion Loom also encourages clients to maintain appropriate security practices for their own accounts, devices, websites, passwords, and digital platforms. No website, electronic communication, cloud service, storage system, or method of electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Accordingly, while Dominion Loom takes reasonable measures designed to protect Personal Information, absolute security cannot be guaranteed. If Dominion Loom becomes aware of a security incident involving Personal Information, it will evaluate the circumstances and take reasonable responsive measures consistent with the nature of the incident and applicable legal requirements, including notifications where legally required.
9.2 Data Retention
Dominion Loom retains Personal Information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently processed, subject to applicable contractual, administrative, accounting, tax, security, dispute-resolution, and legal requirements. Retention periods may vary depending on the nature of the information, the service provided, the duration of the professional relationship, the status of a project, applicable legal obligations, and whether continued retention is reasonably necessary to protect legitimate rights or interests. In determining an appropriate retention period, Dominion Loom may consider factors including: . whether an inquiry resulted in a professional relationship; . whether a project or service remains active; . the time reasonably necessary to complete delivery, support, or administrative activities; . contractual commitments and project records; . payment, accounting, invoicing, and tax requirements; . the need to document instructions, approvals, revisions, or project decisions; . potential or existing disputes, claims, chargebacks, or legal proceedings; . security and fraud-prevention requirements; . applicable limitation periods or statutory recordkeeping obligations; and . whether the information remains necessary for a legitimate business or legal purpose. Different categories of information may therefore be retained for different periods. Project files, communications, transaction records, invoices, approvals, contractual documentation, and related business records may be retained after completion of a project where reasonably necessary for recordkeeping, legal compliance, dispute resolution, protection of rights, or continuity of the professional relationship. Personal Information will not be intentionally retained indefinitely merely because it was previously collected. When Personal Information is no longer reasonably necessary and no applicable legal or legitimate requirement justifies continued retention, Dominion Loom may delete, anonymize, securely dispose of, or otherwise place the information beyond ordinary use, as appropriate to the circumstances. Information contained in backups, archives, technical logs, or systems controlled by third-party providers may remain for a limited additional period according to applicable backup cycles, technical requirements, provider policies, or legal obligations.
9.3 Account Credentials
Certain Website Design, SEO Engineering, or other authorized project activities may require Dominion Loom to access accounts, platforms, websites, domains, analytics systems, search tools, or other digital services controlled or authorized by the client. Where possible, Dominion Loom encourages clients to provide access through collaborator invitations, delegated permissions, temporary access, restricted user roles, or other platform-based methods rather than sharing primary passwords or unrestricted credentials. Where credentials must be provided, they will be used only for the authorized project purpose and only to the extent reasonably necessary to perform the requested work. Dominion Loom will not intentionally use client credentials to access areas, information, services, or functionality unrelated to the authorized project. Clients are responsible for ensuring that they have authority to grant the access provided to Dominion Loom and for maintaining appropriate security over their accounts. Clients should avoid sending credentials through insecure or publicly accessible channels and should not provide credentials that are unnecessary for the requested service. Dominion Loom may request additional or modified permissions where existing access is insufficient to perform an authorized task, but will not require broader access than reasonably necessary where restricted access is technically available. Following project completion, termination, suspension, or another point at which access is no longer required, Dominion Loom may delete locally maintained credentials or cease using the applicable access. Clients are encouraged to revoke collaborator access, remove unused permissions, rotate shared passwords, terminate temporary credentials, and review account access following completion of a project. The client remains responsible for the ongoing security, ownership, administration, and control of its third-party accounts unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
9.4 Data Deletion & Disposal
When Personal Information is no longer reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or processed, and no applicable contractual, legal, accounting, security, dispute-resolution, or other legitimate requirement justifies continued retention, Dominion Loom may delete, anonymize, securely dispose of, or otherwise restrict the information from ordinary use. Deletion may apply to information maintained directly by Dominion Loom, including project information, communications, working materials, contact information, credentials, administrative records, or other Personal Information, subject to applicable retention requirements. Deletion from active systems may not result in immediate removal from every backup, archive, log, or third-party system. Residual copies may remain temporarily where removal is technically impracticable, subject to backup cycles, security requirements, provider practices, or applicable legal obligations. Information retained solely within a backup or archive will not ordinarily be restored or used for unrelated purposes merely because a copy continues to exist. Where Personal Information has been processed through an independent third-party provider or client-authorized platform, Dominion Loom may not have the technical or legal ability to delete information directly from that provider’s systems. Requests concerning such information may need to be directed to the applicable provider or account owner. Individuals may request cancellation or deletion of Personal Information in accordance with the rights and procedures described in Section 10 — Privacy Rights. A deletion request does not necessarily require immediate or complete deletion where Dominion Loom is legally permitted or required to retain information, including where retention is reasonably necessary to comply with legal obligations, maintain transaction or tax records, establish or defend legal rights, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, or otherwise satisfy a lawful retention requirement. Where a valid deletion or cancellation request cannot be fulfilled completely, Dominion Loom may explain, where appropriate and legally required, the reason certain information must continue to be retained.
10
PRIVACY RIGHTS
Rights available to individuals regarding their personal information.
SECTION INDEX
10.1 ARCO Rights
Subject to applicable law, individuals whose Personal Information is processed by Dominion Loom may have the right to exercise rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition, commonly referred to as ARCO Rights. These rights allow an individual to request information about the processing of their Personal Information, seek correction of inaccurate or incomplete information, request cancellation where continued processing is no longer appropriate, or object to certain processing under circumstances recognized by applicable law. The availability and scope of a particular right may depend on the circumstances of the processing, the nature of the information, applicable legal requirements, contractual obligations, and any lawful basis requiring or permitting Dominion Loom to continue processing or retaining certain information. Exercising an ARCO Right does not automatically require Dominion Loom to delete all information concerning an individual or immediately discontinue every form of processing. Certain information may need to be retained or processed where reasonably necessary or legally required for contractual, accounting, tax, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, recordkeeping, or other lawful purposes. Requests to exercise privacy rights may be submitted to dominionloom@gmail.com. To allow Dominion Loom to identify the individual and understand the request, a privacy request should include, as applicable: . the individual’s name and sufficient contact information to receive a response; . a clear description of the right being exercised; . a description of the Personal Information concerned; . sufficient information to reasonably identify the relevant relationship, project, inquiry, transaction, or record; . any correction requested, where the request concerns Rectification; and . any additional information reasonably necessary to verify identity, authority, or the legitimacy of the request. Dominion Loom may request reasonable verification before providing, modifying, cancelling, restricting, or otherwise acting upon Personal Information in order to protect information against unauthorized requests. Where a request is submitted by an authorized representative, Dominion Loom may request reasonable documentation establishing the representative’s identity and authority to act on behalf of the individual. Valid requests will be reviewed and addressed within the periods and according to the procedures required by applicable law.
10.2 Access
Individuals may request confirmation as to whether Dominion Loom processes Personal Information concerning them and, where applicable, request access to information regarding that processing in accordance with applicable law. An Access request may include a request to understand what Personal Information Dominion Loom maintains about the individual, the purposes for which it is processed, its general source or context, and other information that Dominion Loom is legally required to provide. Dominion Loom may provide access in a form reasonably appropriate to the nature of the information and the circumstances of the request, subject to technical feasibility and applicable legal requirements. The right of Access does not necessarily require Dominion Loom to provide internal business information, confidential information concerning another individual, legally privileged material, proprietary working materials, security-sensitive information, or information that Dominion Loom is not legally required or permitted to disclose. Where a record contains information relating to multiple individuals, Dominion Loom may redact, restrict, or otherwise protect information concerning other persons before responding. Dominion Loom may request reasonable identity verification before providing access to Personal Information.
10.3 Rectification
Individuals may request correction or updating of Personal Information maintained by Dominion Loom when they believe that information is inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or otherwise requires correction. A Rectification request should clearly identify the information concerned, explain the correction requested, and, where reasonably necessary, provide information or documentation supporting the requested change. Dominion Loom will evaluate the request and make appropriate corrections where the request is valid and the correction is reasonably verifiable. Rectification does not require Dominion Loom to alter records that accurately document a historical event, transaction, instruction, communication, approval, payment, project decision, or other occurrence merely because circumstances have subsequently changed. Where appropriate, updated information may instead be associated with an existing historical record so that both the original event and subsequent correction or change can be accurately understood. Dominion Loom may decline or limit a Rectification request where the requested change would create an inaccurate record, affect information that Dominion Loom is legally required to preserve, or otherwise conflict with applicable law.
10.4 Cancellation
Individuals may request the cancellation of Personal Information where they believe that continued processing is no longer necessary, appropriate, or permitted under applicable law. Where a valid Cancellation request applies, Dominion Loom may take reasonable steps to delete, suppress, block, anonymize, restrict, or otherwise place the relevant Personal Information beyond ordinary use, as appropriate to the circumstances and applicable legal requirements. Cancellation does not necessarily require immediate deletion from every system. Personal Information may need to remain blocked or retained for a period where necessary to satisfy contractual, accounting, tax, regulatory, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, legal-defense, or other lawful obligations. Information may also remain temporarily within backups, archives, technical logs, or third-party systems where immediate deletion is technically impracticable or outside Dominion Loom’s direct control. Dominion Loom may deny or limit a Cancellation request where continued processing or retention is required or permitted by applicable law. Where appropriate, Dominion Loom will inform the individual if a request cannot be fulfilled completely and the reason continued retention or processing is necessary.
10.5 Opposition
Individuals may have the right to object to the processing of their Personal Information in circumstances recognized by applicable law. An Opposition request should identify the processing activity concerned and, where appropriate, explain the circumstances or legitimate reason supporting the objection. Dominion Loom will evaluate the request in light of the nature and purpose of the processing, the individual’s rights and interests, contractual requirements, legal obligations, and any other lawful grounds applicable to the processing. Where an Opposition request is valid, Dominion Loom will take reasonable steps to discontinue or appropriately restrict the applicable processing. Opposition may not require Dominion Loom to discontinue processing that remains reasonably necessary to perform an existing contract, comply with a legal obligation, establish or defend legal rights, maintain required records, address security or fraud, or satisfy another lawful basis for continued processing. Objections concerning optional marketing communications may also be submitted through the methods described in Section 06 — Marketing & Communications.
10.6 Revocation of Consent
Where Dominion Loom relies upon an individual’s consent to process Personal Information, the individual may request withdrawal or revocation of that consent, subject to applicable law. A request to revoke consent should identify the processing activity or purpose to which the revocation relates so that Dominion Loom can reasonably understand and implement the request. Revocation generally applies prospectively and does not invalidate processing lawfully carried out before consent was withdrawn. Withdrawal of consent also does not necessarily require Dominion Loom to stop processing information where another lawful basis permits or requires continued processing. Where the withdrawn consent relates to an optional activity, such as certain marketing, promotional, testimonial, portfolio, or case-study uses, Dominion Loom will take reasonable steps to discontinue the applicable future use where required. Where Personal Information is necessary to provide a requested or contracted service, withdrawal of the consent or authorization necessary for that processing may affect Dominion Loom’s ability to commence, continue, or complete the relevant service. Dominion Loom will explain the relevant consequence where reasonably appropriate.
10.7 Limiting Use or Disclosure
Individuals may request reasonable limitations on certain uses or disclosures of their Personal Information where such rights are available under applicable law. A limitation request should identify the Personal Information or processing activity concerned and describe the limitation requested with sufficient clarity for Dominion Loom to evaluate and implement it where applicable. Depending on the circumstances, available limitations may include requesting that Personal Information not be used for optional promotional communications, certain portfolio or case-study activities, or other secondary purposes that are not necessary for the underlying professional relationship. Individuals may also use the opt-out procedures described in Section 06 — Marketing & Communications to stop optional promotional communications. A limitation request does not necessarily prevent processing that remains necessary to respond to an inquiry, perform a contracted service, administer a project or transaction, maintain required records, protect security, comply with applicable law, or establish or defend legal rights. Dominion Loom may retain limited information necessary to record and respect a privacy preference, including information needed to prevent an individual from being inadvertently included in future optional communications. Requests to limit the use or disclosure of Personal Information may be submitted to dominionloom@gmail.com.
11
CONSENT & PRIVACY CHOICES
How consent may be provided, withheld or withdrawn where applicable.
SECTION INDEX
11.1 Consent
Where consent is required under applicable law, Dominion Loom will seek the individual’s consent or authorization before processing Personal Information for the applicable purpose. Consent may be provided through an affirmative action, written communication, website form, electronic selection, project authorization, contractual agreement, or another method appropriate to the nature of the processing and permitted by applicable law. The form of consent required may vary depending on the type of Personal Information involved, the purpose of processing, the circumstances in which the information is obtained, and applicable legal requirements. Providing Personal Information in response to a clearly identified request may, where legally permitted, constitute authorization to process that information for the purpose reasonably associated with the request. Such authorization does not permit Dominion Loom to use the information for materially unrelated purposes without another lawful basis or additional consent where required. Where the processing of Sensitive Personal Information requires a specific or express form of consent, Dominion Loom will seek the authorization required by applicable law before intentionally processing such information, except where an applicable legal exception permits otherwise. Consent to one purpose does not automatically constitute consent to every other purpose. Where materially different or optional processing requires separate authorization, Dominion Loom may request consent specifically for that activity. Dominion Loom may also process Personal Information without relying on consent where another lawful basis, authorization, contractual necessity, or legal exception applies under applicable law.
11.2 Withdrawing Consent
Where the processing of Personal Information is based on consent, an individual may request withdrawal or revocation of that consent in accordance with applicable law. Requests may be submitted to dominionloom@gmail.com and should identify the individual and, where reasonably possible, the processing activity or purpose for which consent is being withdrawn. Dominion Loom may request additional information reasonably necessary to identify the applicable record, verify the individual’s identity, or understand the scope of the request. Withdrawal of consent generally applies to future processing and does not invalidate processing lawfully carried out before the withdrawal became effective. Revocation also does not necessarily require Dominion Loom to delete information immediately or discontinue processing where continued retention or use is permitted or required under another lawful basis. For example, Dominion Loom may need to retain certain information for contractual administration, transaction records, accounting or tax obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, establishment or defense of legal rights, or other applicable legal requirements. Where withdrawing consent makes it impossible to continue a service that depends upon the relevant processing, Dominion Loom may suspend, modify, or be unable to provide the affected portion of the service. Where reasonably appropriate, the individual will be informed of that consequence. Withdrawal of consent for an optional purpose will not, by itself, affect unrelated services or processing activities that do not depend upon that consent. Additional information concerning the formal exercise of this right is provided in Section 10.6 — Revocation of Consent.
11.3 Optional Processing
Certain processing activities carried out by Dominion Loom are optional and are not necessary for an individual to purchase or receive its core professional services. Optional processing may include, where applicable: . receiving promotional or marketing communications; . participating in voluntary surveys or feedback requests; . providing a testimonial, review, or recommendation for promotional use; . authorizing the inclusion of a project in a Dominion Loom portfolio; . authorizing the development or publication of a case study; . permitting the promotional use of an approved professional name, business name, website, project image, testimonial, or other project-related material; and . participating in other voluntary promotional, editorial, research, or business-development activities. Where consent or authorization is required for an optional activity, declining that activity will not prevent an individual from requesting, purchasing, or receiving Dominion Loom’s core Website Design, Brand Identity, or SEO Engineering services. An individual may consent to some optional purposes while declining others where those purposes can reasonably be separated. Dominion Loom will not intentionally treat a refusal to participate in optional marketing or promotional processing as a refusal to receive necessary project, contractual, transactional, security, or administrative communications. Where an individual previously authorized an optional use and subsequently withdraws that authorization, Dominion Loom will take reasonable steps to discontinue future use where required by applicable law. Withdrawal may not make it technically possible to recall or eliminate materials that were lawfully published, distributed, indexed, archived, cached, reproduced by third parties, or otherwise placed outside Dominion Loom’s direct control before the withdrawal became effective. Dominion Loom will nevertheless take reasonable action within systems and materials under its control where legally required and reasonably practicable. Further information regarding optional purposes is provided in Section 5.2 — Optional Purposes, and marketing preferences are addressed in Section 06 — Marketing & Communications.
11.4 Required Information
Certain Personal Information may be necessary for Dominion Loom to respond to a request, evaluate a project, establish a professional relationship, process a transaction, comply with legal obligations, or perform a contracted service. The information required will depend on the nature of the interaction or service and may include, where applicable, contact information, project requirements, billing or transaction information, necessary project materials, approvals, instructions, or authorized access to relevant digital platforms. Dominion Loom seeks to limit required Personal Information to information reasonably necessary for the applicable purpose. Individuals are not required to provide Personal Information that is unrelated to the requested service or another legitimate and disclosed purpose. Where requested information is necessary to perform a particular service, however, declining to provide it may prevent Dominion Loom from: . responding fully to an inquiry or request; . evaluating the feasibility or requirements of a project; . preparing or administering a service; . processing or verifying a transaction; . obtaining access necessary to perform authorized work; . implementing requested Website Design, Brand Identity, or SEO Engineering services; . communicating essential project information; . delivering contracted work; or . satisfying applicable contractual or legal requirements. Where reasonably practicable, Dominion Loom may explain why particular information is required and the consequences of declining to provide it. A decision not to provide required information does not authorize Dominion Loom to collect the information through unrelated or inappropriate means. Instead, Dominion Loom may be unable to commence or continue the affected service. Where a project requires access to a client-controlled platform, Dominion Loom will prefer restricted, delegated, or collaborator access where technically available rather than requesting unnecessary unrestricted credentials.

POLICY ADMINISTRATION
Updates, governing framework and privacy contact information.
SECTION INDEX
12.1 Changes to This Policy
Dominion Loom may review, modify, or update this Privacy Policy & Integral Privacy Notice from time to time to reflect changes in its services, business operations, website functionality, technologies, service providers, information-processing practices, security measures, contractual arrangements, or applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Updates may also be made to clarify existing provisions, improve transparency, address new processing activities, reflect changes in the categories of Personal Information processed, or provide additional information regarding individual privacy rights and choices. The most current version of this Privacy Policy will be made available through the Dominion Loom website and will identify the date on which it was last updated. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, modifications to this Privacy Policy will apply prospectively from the date the updated version becomes effective. Changes to this Privacy Policy do not retroactively authorize Dominion Loom to use Personal Information for materially different purposes where additional notice, authorization, or consent is required by applicable law. Where a change materially affects the purposes for which Personal Information is processed, the categories of information involved, the manner in which information is shared or transferred, or the rights available to individuals, Dominion Loom will take reasonable steps to provide any additional notice or obtain any authorization required by applicable law. Individuals are encouraged to review this Privacy Policy periodically to remain informed about Dominion Loom’s current privacy practices. The “Last Updated” date displayed at the beginning of this Privacy Policy identifies the date of its most recent revision.
12.2 Notice of Changes
Changes to this Privacy Policy will ordinarily be communicated by publishing the revised version on the Dominion Loom website and updating the “Last Updated” date displayed at the beginning of the Policy. Where a change is material or where applicable law requires an additional form of notice, Dominion Loom may use another reasonable communication method appropriate to the circumstances. Such methods may include, where appropriate: . a notice displayed on the Dominion Loom website; . a notice presented in connection with a relevant website form or service; . direct communication by email to affected clients or individuals; . communication through an established project or professional communication channel; or . another method reasonably designed to bring the change to the attention of affected individuals. The method used may depend on the nature of the change, the Personal Information involved, the existing relationship with the individual, available contact information, and applicable legal requirements. Where a material change introduces a new purpose of processing that requires consent or authorization under applicable law, publication of the revised Privacy Policy alone will not be treated as consent where affirmative consent is legally required. Dominion Loom will seek the appropriate authorization before applying the new processing activity to affected Personal Information. Minor editorial, formatting, organizational, clarification, or administrative changes that do not materially alter the processing of Personal Information may be implemented without individualized notice where permitted by applicable law. Continued use of the Dominion Loom website following publication of an updated Privacy Policy does not, by itself, override any consent or authorization requirement imposed by applicable privacy law. Previous versions may be retained by Dominion Loom where reasonably necessary for legal, administrative, recordkeeping, or compliance purposes.
12.3 Privacy Contact
Questions, concerns, requests, or complaints regarding this Privacy Policy or Dominion Loom’s processing of Personal Information may be submitted directly to Dominion Loom. This contact may be used for matters including: . questions regarding this Privacy Policy & Integral Privacy Notice; . inquiries regarding the Personal Information Dominion Loom processes; . requests to exercise ARCO Rights; . requests for Access, Rectification, Cancellation, or Opposition; . withdrawal or revocation of consent; . requests to limit certain uses or disclosures of Personal Information; . marketing opt-out requests; . questions concerning cookies or website technologies; . questions regarding retention or deletion of Personal Information; . concerns regarding unauthorized access, disclosure, or other privacy matters; and . questions regarding international processing or transfers of Personal Information. Privacy requests should provide sufficient information for Dominion Loom to understand the request and reasonably identify the individual and relevant records. For security and confidentiality purposes, Dominion Loom may request reasonable information or documentation to verify the identity of the person submitting a request or, where applicable, the authority of a representative acting on that person’s behalf. Personal Information provided for the purpose of submitting or verifying a privacy request will be used primarily to evaluate, administer, document, and respond to that request and for related legal or security purposes. Dominion Loom will review valid privacy requests and respond in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the request. DOMINION LOOM Data Controller: Gabriela Jimenez Email: dominionloom@gmail.com Website: www.dominionloom.com Privacy inquiries should be clearly identified as privacy-related communications so they can be appropriately reviewed and addressed.
